Chairperson of Sustainable Development and Good Governance, Tara Devi Bhatta, today submitted two study reports of the committee to Chairperson of the National Assembly, Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, for the implementation. Bhatta said that the suggestions have been incorporated in the report in course of collaborating and cooperation among federation, states and local levels to achieve sustainable development goals by forwarding activities in sustainable development and good governance sector in a planned manner.
The report has incorporated the suggestions received in interactions organised in all seven states, programmes and achievements, and conclusion and suggestion of proposed programmes.Similarly, the progress made so far about Pokhara Regional International Airport, Gautam Buddha International Airport, Bheri Babai Diversion Multipurpose Project and Barpak Sulikot rural municipality as well as suggestions received about further action plan has been included in the onsite visit report carried out by committee members.
The Committee had discussed about condition of physical infrastructure constructed after earthquake at Barpak and relief received by the people for infrastructure construction. Receiving the reports, NA Chair Timilsina said that the matters incorporated with suggestions in the report to achieve sustainable development goal would be implemented.
