Journalist Adhikari arrested

Kaski-Police arrested Rajendra Adhikari, former Vice-Chair of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Kaski chapter and its central council member this morning. Kaski police arrested journalist Adhikari when he reached Prithvi Narayan Campus gate in Pokhara Metropolitan City this morning for reporting demonstration of Biplav-close ANNIFSU, informed FNJ Kaski Chair Dipendra Shrestha.

Polie arrested Adhikari along with two other students. Protesting the unlawful arrest of journalist, FNJ Kaski Chair Shrestha demanded immediate release of Adhikari. FNJ Gandaki Province Chair Tribhuvan Poudel also condemned the arrest of journalist in duty and called for his immediate release.
