Corrupts are development antagonists-Minister Baskota

Kavrepalanchowk, Feb 15 : Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Baskota has termed corrupts as antagonist to development. In his address to an inaugural session of Banepa Municipality-11 office building, Minister Baskota said, “Corrupts are against development.

The government would not tolerate corruption. No compromise and exemption whoever involved in corrupt practices”. It is unfortunate to make false publicity while bringing corrupts into legal ambit, he added. Even the employees of Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) were also not spared on their wrongdoings, he said, asking the public not to harbor any doubt on actions against the corrupt.

On another note, he said this year is the time for laying foundation stone and next year will be for inauguration since big projects on road, bridge and railways have already begun. “We would only accept people’s evaluation after four years”, he asserted.(RSS)
